I had placed an order a week earlier with a business I mistook for an independent florist. The day before my friend's birthday I discovered the first ordered had been canceled by the florist. I called Newport Florist and they delivered my order several hours later. Everyone I spoke to on the phone was very nice and helpful. Thank you, again.
